Austria Priority Pass Lounges:

Vienna Lounge

  • Location: TERMINAL 1 – INTERNATIONAL
  • Over all rating: 5
  • Check in speed & ease: 5
  • Cleanliness: 5
  • Service Provided by Staff: 5
  • Quality of Facilities: 5
  • Food & Beverage Selection: 4.5

Our Comments:

we were very impressed with the Vienna lounge. There was a variety of food options, open bar self-serve, plenty of areas to relax, work or eat at. It is on the large side so we didn’t feel crowded even though there were a lot of people in there when we arrived at 9:45 am.

IGA Lounge- Instabul

  • Check in speed & ease: 5
  • Cleanliness: 3
  • Service Provided by Staff: 2.5
  • Quality of Facilities: 3.5
  • Food & Beverage Selection: 2.5

Our thoughts:

Massive and extremely beautiful but there were a lot of dirty takes with trash even though it was very crowded and people were still coming in.While there was a decent amount of food, it was 98% Turkish food and heavy. Don’t hope for lighter options , not sure if they have different selections for breakfast as we were there for lunch. Bar options were a bit less clear, you ordered at the bar and they made it for you there and you could take back to your seat, we only had beer and rose

Concordia Lounge Domestic – Lombok (LOP)

  • Location: Lombok – INTERNATIONAL , Airside
  • Over all rating: 1
  • Check in speed & ease: 2
  • Cleanliness: 2
  • Service Provided by Staff: 1
  • Quality of Facilities: 2
  • Food & Beverage Selection: 1

Our thoughts:

Pros: there really isn’t much we can say that is good about this lounge unfortunately. It was the most disappointing one we’ve ever been to.

Cons: Very small, no beverages other than coffee, water and tiny bottles of co*ke that were out and took forever to be replaced. Most limited food options that were empty when we arrived at noon. Once replace there were 3 things, chicken, rice and a soup. The “dessert section” (if you can call it that), was also bare except for a few miscellaneous pieces of fruit and 2 small cups of something pink. Also a few pieces of toast bread. It was very difficult to find, no real signage. There were 3 bathrooms, mixed and they weren’t that clean. Service didn’t clean the table until right before we were about to leave.

Japan Priority Pass Lounges:

Sky South Lounge – Haneda Tokyo (HND)

  • Location: TERMINAL 3 – INTERNATIONAL , Airside 3rd floor near gate 108
  • Over all rating: 4
  • Check in speed & ease: 4
  • Cleanliness: 5
  • Service Provided by Staff: 4
  • Quality of Facilities: 4
  • Food & Beverage Selection: 4

Our thoughts:

Pros: Food was good, although somewhat limited. They had your rice, chicken, curry, dumplings, pastries, macaroons and 3 types of instant ramen to select from. Free flowing alcohol, and a beer tap machine. There are desks, tables and lounge chairs.

Cons: as of April 2024, they do not allow any free guest access with membership. It now cost $25 for any guest regardless of the Priority Pass policy. It is smaller in size and reached full capacity within an hour of our arrival with a huge wait line by the time we left. The bathrooms are located upstairs by the check in counter and not in the lounge area itself.

  • Check in speed & ease: 4.5
  • Cleanliness: 5
  • Service Provided by Staff: mostly self service but they did come clean

Our thoughts:

Pros: Open air located with views around the airport below. Toilets on site. Various seating, options with privacy and communal areas. Alcohol is self served with wine and beer options with a vodka and gin bottle.Service was decent, even though we sat on the far side of the lounge away from the food. Wifi connection was great, able to get a lot of work done.

Cons: Food option is somewhat limited – heavy options (multiple fish options with rice or a Laksa) salad bar, a pesto, pasta, some bread and an ice cream box. Bar area was never manned so no co*cktail service was available.

Thailand Priority Pass Lounges:

Coral Executive Lounge – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK)

  • Location: CONCOURSE A – DOMESTIC (before security check points for gates)
  • Over all rating: 3 (we rate it 2.5 in our minds)
  • Check in speed & ease: 5
  • Cleanliness: 4
  • Service Provided by Staff: 2.5
  • Quality of Facilities: 2.5
  • Food & Beverage Selection: 1.5

Our thoughts:

Pros: Room itself is beautiful and very nice but small. They do have unique iced lattes available (rose and lavender as well as caramel and vanilla) which were very good.

Cons: food selection is quite limited. The lounge has lots of heavy lunch foods at 9 am with almost no breakfast options other than toast and a few fruits and a tiny yogurt (but the yogurt was very tasty with a honey on top). I went to get eggs right after my fiancé got some (half a tray was left) and the guy took the tray away. I waited for him to bring back the tray refreshed but he brought out fried chicken and deep fried fish cakes .. when I asked for the eggs they said they were already out. This was at 9am.

Miracle First Class Lounge – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK)

  • Location: CONCOURSE C – INTERNATIONAL , Airside Level 3
  • Over all rating: 4
  • Check in speed & ease: 5
  • Cleanliness: 5
  • Service Provided by Staff: they were sending people to the larger lounge in concourse D
  • Quality of Facilities: 3
  • Food & Beverage Selection: 3

Our thoughts:

Pros: Self serve bar (with amaretto), cream corn soup was very good, hot dishes like noodles, chicken paprikas were good. Smaller lounge so very quiet and the chairs were comfortable.

Cons: No toilets in the lounge itself, limited selection of food (but still good food) . However, right around the corner is the Coral Finest Business Class Lounges and these are incredible so we would say maybe skip the miracle and walk a few feet further around the corner.

  • Check in speed & ease: 5
  • Cleanliness: 5

Our thoughts:

Pros: This lounge is top notch in every aspect. The food was incredible and there is such a wide selection to choose from. I had noodles, fried rice, fresh spring rolls, pho, pasta salad, salad bar, chicken cream of mushroom, breads and a delicious chocolate mousse. Open bar where they serve you. You can get specialty co*cktails and fruit wines plus the regular options. They also have the Lavender and rose iced coffees I loved. Staff were lovely, quick to clean up, helpful at the buffet and quick service at the bar. They even have a cinema.

Cons: none other than the cinema was temporality closed (we wouldn’t have had time anyway)

Coral Executive Lounge – Chang Rai Mae Fat Luang (CEI)

  • Location: only one in the airport
  • Over all rating: NA
  • Check in speed & ease: NA
  • Cleanliness: NA
  • Service Provided by Staff: NA
  • Quality of Facilities: NA
  • Food & Beverage Selection: NA

Our thoughts:

Pros: NA

Cons: We were unable to access this lounge as when we arrived and checked in, they issued us “international” boarding passes, even though our first connection was a domestic flight. This means you board from a separate gate and go through customs here. They told us this would mean we wouldn’t need to go through it again when we arrived in Bangkok. Unfortunately, this means we couldn’t visit the lounge as it is only accessible for the “domestic” passengers. Keep this in mind if you’re flying internationally on a second flight.

If you wish to use the lounge make sure to tell them this and they will issue a domestic boarding pass and you will need to go through customs control once you arrive to Bangkok. We wanted to include this in the article as a warning to others to make sure to check. You will still have to go through a security check again in Bangkok, but you’ll have a sticker that shows them you’ve been through customs, someone will scan your passport and ticket again anyway but then send you to a smaller security.

Vietnam Priority Pass Lounges:

Song Hong Premium Lounge & Bar – Hanoi Noi Bai Int (HAN)

  • Location: INTERNATIONAL – Airside – after security checks, 4th Floor, near gate 28
  • Over all rating: 5
  • Check in speed & ease: 5
  • Cleanliness: 5
  • Service Provided by Staff: 5
  • Quality of Facilities: 5
  • Food & Beverage Selection: 5

Our thoughts:

Pros: One of the best food selections we have ever had. I had pho, sushi, dumplings, boa, fresh spring rolls, noodles, fried rice, pasta salad, salad bar, Frutos and dessert. The bar is a mix of self serve and service if you order their specialty co*cktails (butterfly pea is great). Lots of different areas to relax and work, outlets everywhere. They even have a massage chair section.

Cons: none

United States of America

The CLT CLUB – Charlotte, North Carolina (CLT)

  • Location: CONCOURSE C – INTERNATIONAL , Airside Level 3
  • Over all rating: 5
  • Check in speed & ease: 5
  • Cleanliness: 5
  • Service Provided by Staff: 5
  • Quality of Facilities: 5
  • Food & Beverage Selection: 5

Our thoughts:

Pros: This lounge is quite nice with decent food options and comfortable seating. Beer, wine and liquor are all included. They have a hot plate station where you ask for portions for food such as pulled pork mac & cheese, small chicken, sliders. Then a salad bar with other items such as pita and Taziki along with small desserts.

Cons: One restroom for men and women, and then two areas for showers and separate. There were lines at times. They often have a wartime so you need to go to the lounge, scan a code to get on their waitlist app and then once you are able to enter you have 10 minutes to return or you lose your spot.

Happy travels xx
